1. What Plotwright is

Plotwright is an independent web tool that designs block-building schematics with AI and helps you paste them into your own game world. It is not made, endorsed or approved by the publisher of the game, Mojang or Microsoft. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

2. Who can use it

• Under 13: not allowed. We do not create accounts for children under 13.
• 13 to 17: allowed only with a parent or guardian's agreement, who should also make any purchases.
• 18 and over: allowed.

You confirm that the age band you choose when you sign up is true.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or Discord. Keep that sign-in secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

4. Credits and purchases

• Credits are prepaid and are spent on designs and tweaks. The price is shown before you confirm.
• Payments are handled by Polar.sh, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Polar.sh takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, issues the receipt and handles refunds of payments; its terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We never see your full card details.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. If a payment is refunded, the matching credits are removed from your account (only as many as you still have; credits already spent are not clawed back).
• Failed jobs are refunded automatically, and a free first design is given back if it fails.
• Unused credits do not expire, but are lost if you delete your account.
• Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

5. Your content and our output

You keep the rights to what you upload and write. You may use the builds you generate for your own worlds, videos and servers. AI output may contain mistakes, and we do not promise that a build is unique or suits a purpose.

6. Optional: helping improve the builder

If you are 18 or older you can choose, on the Account page, to let us use your builds and chats to improve the builder. It is off unless you turn it on, it is not available to anyone under 18, and you can turn it off at any time. Turning it on does not change who owns your content (section 5): it gives us permission to use those sessions to develop and improve Plotwright. The Privacy Policy explains what is covered.

7. Safe pasting is your job

Pasting a schematic can overwrite blocks. We tell you how to do it safely, and we flag overwrites we can detect, but we cannot see your world. Make a backup, follow the checklist, and use the settings we describe. We are not responsible for lost or changed builds.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that is not yours to share; do not try to break, overload or probe the service, or to get around limits, the sandbox or payments; and do not use it to make harmful content.

9. Changes and availability

This is an early service. Features and prices may change, and it may be unavailable at times. We will give notice of important changes to these terms.
